Welcome to the Team Couture Youth Center!

TCYC provides a loving environment where one can feel at peace, while gaining knowledge & understanding of self, peers, life & education

Our center is strictly for school agers who have outgrown the day care environment. Our purpose is to rebuild the youth in the communities of Cuyahoga County by providing multiple services to fit the needs of each individual ages 5-18, in addition to their families.

Before/After School Care

TCYC is committed to assisting parents with transporting their children to and from school! During the school year, we open at 6:30 am and provide transportation to and from. These services are available to children ages 5-12 enrolled in all SEL schools in addition to Gearity Elementary in Cleveland Heights (more districts to come).

Peer & Group Tutoring

Peer tutoring is included with membership and led by our older children. Requirements to be able to provide peer tutoring is a minimum of a 3.5 or higher GPA consistently throughout middle school and high school. Tutors are at least two grades ahead of student being tutored. Groups are held by qualified tutors up to the 4 students who need assistance in the same subject! Each age/grade will have set days and times for these services, so be sure to follow us on social media to know what days each subject is offered.

Summer Camp

Summer Camp runs for 12 weeks for children 5-12. Hours of operation are 6:30am - 6:00pm. Camp hours are 9:00 am- 3:00 pm. We are dedicated to being active daily by participating in active activities daily! We participate in weekly field trips and ensure that the children are continuously participating in daily literacy activities.

Mentorship

Our Mentorship Program is developed to assist the youth in our community with revitalizing their self in addition to developing practical life skills as they mature and advance to the next level. We have a program that is geared towards boys and young men as well as girls and young women.

Tutoring

Our tutoring services are available for all children ages 5-18. Sessions are by the hour and are one on one. We have tutors available for all subjects at the cost of $20/hr.

Teen Power Hour

Teen Power Hour groups are designed for teens to have a positive environment to hang out in or to receive assistance with their studies. Our power sessions are held Monday - Thursday for teens 6:30 pm-8:00 pm.
